    Ingredients

    1 package Medifast Scrambled Eggs
    1 package Medifast Hot Chocolate
    1 package Medifast Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    water

    Directions

    Mix in water a little at a time until the mixture becomes the texture of pancake batter. Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray. Heat pan to medium-hot. Pour batter into 6 medium sized pancakes. Turn over when the bottom side is brown.
