    Perfectly sweet and not over spiced.

    Ingredients

    1 package Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal
    1 package Scrambled Eggs
    2 packages Banana Pudding
    1 1/2 cup water
    2 packets of artificial sweetner
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    2 tsp apple pie spice

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to bowl of dry ingredients. Mix well and let sit approximately 15 minutes. Mix again and pour into 8 muffin tins sprayed with nonstick cookiong spray.

    Cook muffins for 35-40 mintues or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Refrigerate unused portions.

    We've changed this recipe a bit. After mixing the ingredients, wait 15 minutes rather than 5 minutes. Also, making 12 muffins rather than 8 means less batter in each cup, thus, it should cook more thoroughly.
