Ingredients

1 package French Vanilla Shake
1 package Scrambled Eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla
water, to get a thin pancake batter consistency
Walden Farms Pancake Syrup

Directions

Heat a small non-stick skillet. Pour enough batter to coat the bottom of the pan. cook over a medium heat until the crepe starts to bubble. Turn the crepe over using a silicon spatula and cook the other side for one minute. These cook fast, so keep an eye on them. Drizzle with Walden Farms calorie-free, fat-free, carb-free, sugar-free and cholesterol-free Pancake Syrup

i have tried these several times and it seems the baking powder makes them expand and doesn't get done on the inside. I have just poured the whole thing in a small fry pan without the bp and let it get firm. then flip it and cook a little longer and i get one nice size cake out it. You need to cook on low heat and watch because it will cook to fast and get to brown.
