Ingredients1 large, ripe tomato, cut in half1 teaspoon olive oil salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp fresh thyme DirectionsPreheat grill and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Lightly brush each tomato half with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place tomato cut side down onto grill. Turn tomato over and gril on cooler edge of grill for 3 minutes.
