Ingredients

1 large, ripe tomato, cut in half
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp fresh thyme

Directions

Preheat grill and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Lightly brush each tomato half with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place tomato cut side down onto grill. Turn tomato over and gril on cooler edge of grill for 3 minutes. Remove from grill and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
